Additional fees apply for overtime work on weekends & evening events on weekdays
Air-conditioning is turned on 30 minutes before scheduled event
Advance setup subject to approval (AC off during setup)
Wi-Fi service included
Balloons and adhesives not allowed
No disposable water bottles
Buffet-style food arrangement only
No single-use plastics
No tarpaulins (per OUP Memorandum)
